Mirador – Pueblo Series I
The first Pueblo series captures the atmosphere of southern Mediterranean villages — their light, proportions, and quiet emotional resonance — through the language of minimalist abstraction. The aim was to evoke this sense of place using the fewest possible geometric elements, allowing light and shadow to define the reliefs’ rhythm and aesthetic presence as they shift throughout the day. When illuminated with spotlights, the geometry comes alive — shadows deepen, edges sharpen, and the compositions reveal a new spatial dimension that transforms perception and mood.
